Combining single malt matured in Oloroso sherry casks with spirit from French Limousin virgin oak barrels, this 2014 vintage unveils indulgent layers of dark chocolate and roasted coffee entwined with nutmeg and gentle oak warmth.
The French virgin oak casks are crafted from Limousin oak sourced from central France, prized for their wide grain structure, encouraging greater spirit-to-wood interaction. This is complemented by the rich influence of Oloroso sherry, adding layers of dried fruit, dark chocolate, and gentle spice. Together, these casks create a harmonious, complex whisky with seamlessly integrated sweetness, depth, and structure.
Bottled at a cask strength of 57.4% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered, allowing the true character of the spirit to shine through.
