After years of slumber in our on-site warehouses, each cask was hand-selected by Master Distiller Billy Walker to be bottled exclusively for Europe. Careful monitoring and an extensive sampling programme has allowed us to identify these unique whiskies, which each demonstrate the interaction of wood, spirit and subsequent flavour development across a variety of fortified wine casks
