Speyside Single Malt (Bourbon Barrel)
Appearance
The color is beautiful. Like ripe and golden grain.
Nose
Notes of grass, straw and mint with vanilla.
Palate
A very light and gentle beginning. Then hints of citrus with green apples and melon takes over and lots of vanilla is coming through. It’s a very aromatic with wood and honey note. A very gentle and (almost to) easy drinking dram.
Finish
A medium long finish, with sweet and spicy notes of oak and white pepper.
