This deliciously floral 2020 vintage celebrates early spring, when flowers begin to blossom around the farm. Natural botanicals, some of which are grown and hand-picked on our farm, create a sweet and floral spring gin.

With a limited number of bottles in existence, this is a unique and rare hand-crafted gin.

This unique gin is inspired by traditional Mother’s Day spring bouquets and the first flowers blooming on Falls Farm

With hand-foraged rosehips, notes of freshly pressed grapefruit and silky elderflower with long lasting sweet mandarin and berry flavours

 40% abv.

Tasting notes

• Nose: Subtle floral notes with Lavender and notes of freshly pressed grapefruit and silky elderflower with long lasting sweet mandarin and berry flavours.
• Palate: Soft spice and grains of paradise open the palate and soften to intricate layers of juniper, grapefruit and silky elderflower.
• Finish: Rose and lavender return with long lasting, sweet mandarin and berry finish
